Returns + Exchanges

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make things right. However, please understand that we are a small-batch, made-to-order shop, and we cannot accept returns on our graphic pullovers, bodysuits, or toddler tees at this time. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges on our baby teethers for sanitary reasons. 
Please email info@gaiababygoods.com to initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your product for a refund via your original payment method, or within 30 days of receiving your product for store creditOur return policy lasts 30 days, and we cannot accept any returns or exchanges beyond this timeframe. All items on sale or marked as "imperfect" are final sale and are nonrefundable.

 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount. Shipping costs can not be refunded. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank. If you are receiving store credit, it will be sent to the provided email on file unless otherwise noted. Gaia Baby Goods reserves the right to decline a refund for any reason.

If you haven’t received a refund in a timely manner, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@gaiababygoods.com.

 

EXCHANGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@gaiababygoods.com and we will respond in a timely manner with instructions.

 

Exchanges will not be accepted beyond 30 days of receiving your product. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

 

We will ship out your replacement item immediately, in good faith that the original item be returned within 30 days. If the original item is not received within 30 days from the date of the return label being created, you will be charged for your replacement.  Gaia Baby Goods reserves the right to decline an exchange for any reason.
